1. Who we are

This site is operated by The Frontdesk Assistant, trading as The Frontdesk Assistants, KVK number 42083662, registered at Kapelstraat 5, 5046 CK Tilburg, The Netherlands. For any privacy questions, contact us at info@frontdeskassistants.com.

2. What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process it: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. We don't collect payment card details ourselves — those go directly to our payment processor, Stripe.

3. Why we collect it

We use your data solely to process and ship your order, handle payments, and respond if you contact us. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

To fulfill your order we share the necessary details with:

• Stripe — to process your payment securely.
• Our print-on-demand fulfillment partner — to print and ship your order to you.

These parties only receive what's needed to do their job and are bound by their own privacy/data protection obligations.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as required by Dutch tax law (generally 7 years for administrative/financial records), and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR/AVG, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email info@frontdeskassistants.com and we'll help. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Cookies

Our checkout is handled by Stripe, which may set its own cookies to process your payment securely. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
